Yes. Ground floor to multi-story residential and commercial buildings. For high-rise work we bring the right equipment (poles, ladders, or lift equipment as needed). Some very-high-rise work may require specialty subcontracting.
Rain won't cause streaks or spots on properly cleaned windows — it just means the outside gets wet. If a heavy storm causes visible marks within 48 hours of service, call us and we'll come back at no charge.
For residential: twice a year (spring and fall) is standard. For storefronts and commercial: monthly or quarterly depending on foot traffic and pollution. High-rise offices: quarterly or bi-annually depending on the season and location.
Yes — all included. Frames are wiped down, tracks are vacuumed and detailed, and screens are removed, cleaned, and re-installed. Most window cleaning services skip these — we don't.
Yes. We can work quietly around your customers, or clean early mornings before opening. Just tell us your preferred time. For nighttime storefront cleaning we can also dispatch during off-hours.
