Yes — drywall dust is our specialty. We use HEPA vacuums, microfiber cloths, and multi-pass cleaning to pull fine particulates out of surfaces and air. Standard cleaning services often miss this — we don't.
As soon as active construction stops. For final cleans before certificate of occupancy, we typically start within 24-48 hours of the last trade leaving. For rough cleans between phases, we can dispatch faster.
Yes. We work directly with GCs, project managers, and site supervisors. Standard workflow: walkthrough → scope agreement → scheduled cleaning → punch list handoff. We stay flexible around your schedule and trade sequencing.
Vents yes — interior of ductwork is a specialty service (needs certified duct cleaners). We handle vent grilles, registers, and visible portions of the system. For full duct cleaning we can refer you to a partner.
Yes. We provide a written cleaning scope, before/after photos, sign-off documentation, and COIs. Ready for CO inspection, tenant handoff, or client walk-throughs.
Handled. We use surface-appropriate solvents, scrapers, and techniques to remove paint splatter, adhesive residue, sticker/label residue, caulk drips, and other trade leftovers — without damaging finishes underneath.
